If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns which are not due to a manufacturer’s defect will attract a 10% restocking fee.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • We do not accept products that are intimate (toilet seats included) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Sale items (unless faulty)
  • Electrical items are also exempt from being returned.
    Should you have an issue with an electrical item, please email us at info@jamaicaplumbingsupplies.com. We may have the item inspected by our licensed electrician at your expense. If the item is then declared to be a manufacturer defect, your item will be refunded or exchanged.

PROCEDURE

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You can bring your item into our store or get a courier to deliver it to us (Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable)

Once your return is received and inspected you we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note it can take between 7-14 days for your refund to show into your account depending on payment method/bank process.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@jamaicaplumbingsupplies.com.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they have been deemed to have a manufacturers’ defective or the incorrect purchase was made. If you need to exchange an item it must be in good condition and original packaging. All exchanges must be returned in-store at 56 Molynes Road, Kingston 10, Jamaica. Exchanges based on incorrect purchase will attract a 10% restocking fee.
In order to exchange an item please send an email to info@jamaicaplumbingsupplies.com to verify replacement item is in stock and have the item to be exchanged, physically brought in-store.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should deliver your product to: 56 Molynes Road, Kingston 10, W.I., Jamaica.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
